About Rose
With being raised in the same family home by her parents, and growing up in the local area, thoughts of moving house and Real Estate were something Rose had never considered. It wasn’t until Rose bought her first home and then sold it some years later through the Methven Professionals Group that she started to give some thought to the possibility of a career in Real Estate.
As a teacher of 12 years at Bayswater North Primary school Rose felt confident that her people skills could enable her to make a successful transition into real estate. Continuing to teach, Rose also began to study the intricacies of Real Estate, with the result that the career change was gradual, but built on a firm foundation.
February 12th 2001 saw Rose commence her first day in Real Estate, and from day one it proved to be exciting and eventful! With the usual first day nerves of starting a new job, she will never forget getting her car stuck down a client’s driveway, where her only option was to reverse back up the steep incline. She planted her foot, and couldn’t be seen for dust! Since that day Rose has kept the accelerator down, and has never looked back!
Success in this industry is not an automatic process. Instead, it is something that requires ongoing nurturing. Consideration for your clients, empathy and care and absolute willingness to really listen to their needs, is crucial in the formation of a trusting and workable relationship.
Rose is now regarded as the local area expert. She has helped hundreds of people move, assisting them through the buying and selling process. Calm in her manner, she displays a unique confidence to negotiate on behalf of her owners with her success largely coming from the fact that buyers feel so at ease with her. With the majority of Rose’s business now coming from past clients or from those who have been referred to her, it is a true testament of her service delivery, compassion and trust that she builds with her clients.
Over the years her success has been noted, receiving many sales awards and recently Rose was presented with the GOLD sales award for the Professionals, placing her in the top 10% of sales people for Victoria.
